01 / THE PROBLEM

Does this sound familiar?

The Problem

The Gym Isn't Working

You're paying monthly dues at a gym where your trainer manages eight clients per hour, your program hasn't changed in six months, and nobody's watching your form closely enough to catch what's breaking down.

What It's Costing You

Time, Money, and Progress

Every month without real coaching is a month of stalled progress, nagging injuries that don't get addressed, and money spent on access to equipment instead of access to expertise.

The Way Out

Private Training Built for You

Reset Fitness exists for this exact situation. One trainer. One client. Every session watched, every program built from your assessment, every month updated based on what's actually happening in your body.

😞

Nobody's Watching

Your form breaks down on rep six. Nobody catches it. The injury builds slowly until you can't train at all.

📋

Built for the Average

The program was written for someone who doesn't have your bad knee, your schedule, or your actual goal. You adapt to the plan instead of the plan adapting to you.

🕑

No Accountability Structure

Pay per session and it's easy to cancel. Miss two weeks and nobody notices. The streak breaks and you're back to square one.

02 / WHY IT WORKS

Why Reset works when everything else hasn't

Six things that make every session at Reset categorically different from what you've tried before.

01
🏠

Train Alone. No Waiting, No Sharing, No Distraction.

Every session takes place in a private studio used only for your appointment. One trainer, one client, one focused hour.

02
📋

A Program Built for Your Body, Updated Every 4 Weeks.

Your first session includes a full movement assessment. The program is built from what we find, not from a template. Reassessed every four weeks so it keeps moving with you.

03
💦

Train Around Your Injuries. Build Strength Alongside Recovery.

The movement assessment surfaces your limitations and maps them directly into the program. You don't work around injuries. You train through them intelligently.

04
🤹

Get Stronger and Move Better. Strength and Mobility in One Program.

The yoga background isn't a bonus add-on. It's built into every program, because a body that can't move well can't train well for long.

05
🎯

Every Rep Watched. Every Session Documented. Nothing Guessed.

One trainer per session means every rep gets watched, every form break gets caught in the moment, and your session notes inform the next one.

06
📈

Monthly Structure That Keeps You Accountable on Both Sides.

Monthly membership means your trainer is as committed to your consistency as you are. You show up. He shows up. That's how results accumulate.

03 / RESULTS

Training that gets Shoreline adults stronger, more mobile, and out of pain

★★★★★
"Paul is the first trainer who looked at how I move before writing a single line of programming. Six months in, my shoulder, which I'd written off, is functional again. Back to pressing overhead for the first time in two years."
M.K.
Performance Member · Shoreline, WA
★★★★★
"I travel three weeks a month for work and have tried several trainers over the years. Paul is the only one who built the program around my actual schedule instead of pretending I'd show up every week. The structure made the difference."

Elite Member · Shoreline, WA
★★★★★
"I came in thinking I'd just do basic maintenance. The mobility work changed everything. My back doesn't hurt anymore. I was skeptical about integrating yoga into strength training. I'm not skeptical anymore."

04 / THE COACH

32 years of coaching. One coach. Fully dedicated to you.

Paul has spent 32 years in the fitness industry. He has worked with clients at the highest levels of commercial training, including major facilities where the standard for professional conduct and results is non-negotiable.

Beyond his certifications in personal training, Paul is a published author on yoga and an advanced yoga instructor. That combination means his clients receive a depth of expertise that most trainers cannot offer: strength, conditioning, mobility, recovery, and structural balance from one professional who understands how all of it connects.

Reset Fitness is the next chapter. A private studio built around the belief that training should be personal, the programming should be custom, and the commitment should be mutual.

08 / QUESTIONS

Questions people ask before they apply

I don't have time to train 1 to 3 times a week.
The Foundation tier starts at one session per week. That's 60 minutes. If you can't find 60 minutes in a week, this isn't the right time. But most people who say they don't have time mean they haven't prioritized it yet. A private studio with no commute, no wait, and no wasted setup time is the most time-efficient training available. One focused hour here beats three disorganized hours at a commercial gym.
I have injuries or chronic pain. Can I actually train?
Yes, and this is where Reset has an edge over most training options. Paul's background covers both advanced strength training and yoga, which means the programming addresses movement quality alongside capacity. The initial assessment is specifically designed to surface limitations and map them into the program, not around them, but into them. Most members with injuries came in expecting modified training and left doing things they hadn't done in years.
I've tried personal training before and it didn't work.
The most common reason personal training doesn't work: the trainer writes one program and runs it until the client quits. Reset runs reassessments every four weeks and updates the program based on what's actually happening in your body. The other common reason: the trainer isn't watching closely enough. One-on-one in a private studio means every rep gets watched. That level of attention produces different outcomes.
What if Paul isn't the right fit for me?
The initial assessment is designed to answer that question before any money changes hands. Come in, go through the movement screen, meet Paul, see the studio. If it's not the right fit, no membership is started. The 30-day results promise on Foundation and Performance tiers also covers the first month. If you're not stronger and more capable after 30 days, you get a refund. No argument.
Why is this more expensive than my current gym?
A commercial gym membership is access to equipment. Reset is access to 32 years of coaching expertise applied directly to your body, every session. The comparison isn't gym vs. gym, it's passive access vs. active expert attention. Most people who switch to Reset were spending $40 to $60 per month at a gym they used twice a week and wondering why nothing changed. The math on results-per-dollar looks different when the programming is actually built for you.
I travel a lot for work. Will this still work for me?
Travel is built into the programming for members who travel regularly. The program includes hotel-room-safe sessions for weeks you're away and returns to studio work when you're back. Elite and Concierge members also have remote session options via Zoom. Travel isn't a reason to pause, it's a programming variable.
I'm out of shape and embarrassed. Will I be judged?
No. The private studio format exists partly for this reason. There's no one else in the room. No crowd to compare yourself to. No one watching from the cardio deck. Every person who walks through the door for their first session is starting from where they actually are, not from where they think they should be. Paul's job is to move you from where you are, not to evaluate whether where you are is acceptable.
What does "billed every 28 days" mean?
Training programs run in 4-week cycles and billing follows the same cadence. You're billed every 28 days rather than on the 1st of each calendar month. The alignment between your billing cycle and your programming phase keeps the structure clean. Memberships can be cancelled with 30 days notice. No long-term contracts, no cancellation fees.
